I’m pretty happy with the new pure sleep. The product is great, the transaction was great and my wife says I hardly snore anymore. I would have given 5 stars, but the mouthpiece does create a bit of mouth and tooth pain from the jaw being moved forward all night. I did try to readjust it so that my lower jaw isn’t moved forward as much, but my wife says that I began snoring again. Preparing the device as recommended (lower jaw foreword) does a world of good for minimizing snoring. Just have to deal with the morning discomfort. It’s probably less painful than my wife slitting my throat for snoring to much
