I have used Pure Sleep for 5 years. I snored something awful. After I got my pure sleep, I quit. My husband is very happy. Now I can travel and not disturb others. That was a big deal to me, disturbing others sleep. I slept better because I can breath better. I wake more rested. I use it when I’m alone, it helps me that much. I noticed my teeth moved. So I just adjusted my mouth piece to be even, not pulled out and I still benifit the same. I told my friend about it. He bought one. He quit snoring but..My friend played the trumpet, it affected him, in a way, it made his teeth move and it was hard for him to play. I love pure sleep. I will always use it as long as I can.
