I have been using Pure Sleep appliances since 2009. While it doesnt Totally stop my snoring, my husband (as well as lady travel partners i occasionally travel with) say I am as close to silent as possible. This is a huge relief to me because now I can travel with friends again, whereas before no one would share a room with me. And of course my husband is also very happy.
