it works! I'm very impressed. It immediately stopped my snoreing. There are things about it you should know. When you get the mouth piece you will need to follow the instruction and make your tooth impression on it. It took me five attempts at the hot water method before I got the impressions deep enough that I was confident the piece would stay in place. The whole process still only took 40 minutes. It does make my mouth hurt after I have had it in a while, about six hours, but every night I use it that gets better. I have only had a few days.
