I have tried soooo many over-the-counter snore relief products. Most of them work for me as long as I have fitted them properly. The PureSleep is definitely one of those... I dont think I fit the first one properly, so I was off to try something else. The problem with all of these devices is that they must fit properly or they won't be comfortable enough to sleep in all night. Many mornings I wake up with the device laying next to me. With my second purchase of a PureSleep device, I decided to try the "slight underbite" setting, and voila! It was both comfortable and provided the open airway that I needed to sleep all night.
