The problem I have with my pure PureSleep is that I just can't get my mouth closed around it. I am female and have probably a small mouth. I can tell that it does the job of keeping my airway open and I felt very excited at first. But I can't really sleep for long with my mouth open like that. I actually think this is a great device but I just need a smaller size.
