I've had mine for a week and I think it works very well but not sure because no one sleeps with me to give me feedback, and it keeps popping out of my mouth in the middle of the night. I can get to sleep fine and it is comfortable but will not stay in my mouth. Have no idea when it pops out.
If you wait a week or mire when my girlfriend stays with me then I can tell you more.
