It's more of a mouth guard than anti snore device for me. This is because I can not get it to fit tight. Usually, it is only the top or bottom that fits right. I have been using one for many years, so I know how to prepare it.
It helps me when I grind my teeth. Finally, I'm not real happy with the price. Besides once in a while discounts, we repeat users should be treated a little better.
