Wife of snorer writing this review. This works very well...I am very happy with it. His snore was horrible and this has greatly helped. Sometimes he will fall asleep without it on and I notice right away and say Ken put your mouthpiece in! I will not lie at times there are breakthrough snores....when he has a cold forget it but this has greatly improved my sleep! I really appreciate his wearing this device!
