I can tell you I have tried them all. 16 to date. This is the one. Finally. It holds my lower jaw forward to stop my snoring as it is designed to do. What puts it above the rest is the low profile. All the others are too big and hold my mouth open. This one allows me to close my mouth and breath through my nose if I want to. I use a nasal strip in combination. Perfect! Wish I would have found this one first, but at least I found it. I am sleeping well. No sleep apnea symptoms whatsoever. Morning headache is gone. Not waking up to a dry mouth. And most importantly, my wife is sleeping well. Worth every penny.
