I have been a Pure Sleep user for many years. Due to dental work being started just prior to the pandemic I was unable to use one for the past couple of years. Having completed my dental work about two weeks ago I ordered another Pure Sleep unit. Unfortunately it did not work out as it usually does. For some reason after following instructions for fit, it did not seem to form fit to my teeth. It seemed like the soft gel did not fully soften, and so the complete fit was off. I tried to re-fit but this left my lower side never really tightened, and therefore did not hold my jaw in place and my snoring did not stop. Always had faith in the Pure Sleep product but am disappointed in the results this time around.
