I've been using Pure Sleep snoring devices for 10-15 years. I'm not saying this is the solution for other's sleep apnea, however this works well for mine (as well as stopping the snoring). I make sure it's literally the first thing I pack when we travel because without it I cannot get a good night's sleep due to constant waking for lack of oxygen. I was in that situation once and desperately scrambled around buying multiple devices from different drug stores, which sadly didn't solve my problem, and I became very sleep deprived. On another note... During my sleep study I used the appliance the second half of the night. In my doctor's report she made a comment that the appliance helped "remarkably" for my sleep apnea. For me it's either this or a c-pap machine. I really love it and recommend it.
