I have used PureSleep for years. Originally I was not aware of snoring but it bothered my wife so I tried PureSleep, and my wife said the difference was amazing. It did not totally eliminate my snoring, but cut back on the volume and obnoxious snorting. Then I got Invisalign orthodontic treatment and tried putting PureSleep over my retainers which I have to wear at night. Due to the retainers, I cannot get as tight a fit with PureSleep as I could directly on my teeth, and it occasionally slips off. However, although it does not work as well as it did without my retainers, it is still helpful and has saved me from having to sleep out in the doghouse.
