What a difference! My partner would sometimes have to wake up in the middle of the night and go sleep on the couch because my snoring would get so loud. I got this because I also grind my teeth and it seemed like a good opportunity to fix both problems for less than a guard from my dentist. Not only does it work exactly as advertised, but I actually sleep better now. I wear a fitness tracker that shows sleep patterns and I was (apparently) waking up 7-10 times a night and it was affecting my sleep. I was getting sleep scores in the 60s-70s. After getting used to having this in my mouth during the night, I now sleep thoroughly through the night without waking up more than 1-2 times and my scores have been in the mid-80s or higher. I feel more rested, I’m not bothering my partner, and my teeth aren’t grinding anymore. 100% recommend this product!!!
