First, the product works. The first night my husband said, in jest, he was “afraid [I] was dead” because I was silent. Second, I have TMJ and the pain was reduced after the first night. However, I am now sometimes waking in the morning having taken it out perhaps because I am not comfortable with it in my sleep. I am having inconsistent discomfort and pain in my jaw from day to day after a week of use. The product says it is not for those with TMJ, but I wonder if the adjusted jaw alignment that it provides helps relieve the tension for me. I will have to follow up after a couple months of use. Lastly, the shipping was longer than stated (10 days) and when I reached out via email the response was curt, not the kind of customer service I like.
