I have yet to receive my mouthguard, but so far this had been disaster as it relates to international delivery. The original order took a long time to be delivered and there was no clear indication of when it would arrive. They of course tried to drop it off when no one was home and left no details on where it could be picked up and no place to find this online. Ended up getting returned. PureSleep support, to their credit, resent the order. The order has taken over 20 days to get delivered, again with little information on where it is/when it will arrive. There is also an additional tax of 22EUR that was not included in the shipping and handling that I must pay before being able to receive the package so it becomes much more expensive to receive. I really hope that the product is better than their logistics because the logistics are nothing less than awful!
