PureSleep does reduce and often eliminates snoring. I have been having issues with snoring for about 6 months. My wife began sleeping in another room because it got so loud. To better understand what she was experiencing I started to record and track my snoring using an app. Out of 0 to 100 with 100 being the worst, I would typically be around 50. Once I tried PureSleep, immediately I noticed a difference. On my first night using it I scored a 3! I continue to use it every night and see similar results. A minor concern I have with Puresleep, and time will tell, is it is much like a retainer, and it does shift your mouth and put pressure on your teeth while wearing it. I often will end up taking it out in the middle of the night as my mouth will feel sore. Removing it doesn't cause me to snore, but I do wonder if it will shift my bite or my teeth over time. I think the benefits greatly outweigh my concern. I can finally sleep in peace. I no longer need to feel embarrassed by my snoring. Most importantly my wife and I share the same bed again.
