My husband has been using this for a few weeks now. It ... doesn't help. He seems to have a delay to when he starts snoring - used to start the moment he drifted off and now it doesn't seem to kick in until he's been asleep for about 20 minutes. And there are longer periods of time during which he doesn't snore, but it always starts back, and is LOUD. Earplugs sometimes help enough for me to get to sleep, but let's just say the guest room feels more like my "official" bedroom these days.
