I have been using the Pure Sleep mouthguard for about 10 years and am now 0n my 4th one. I initially used it for snoring and sleep apnea as well as grinding. It worked well and eliminated the need for the machine and uncomfortable headgear. After losing a lot of weight I continued to use it for snoring and teeth grinding. During a recent dental visit, my Doc advised me that the guard was causing my teeth to become loose due to its tight fit and my grinding motion. I just replaced it with a new guard and when setting the bite I was able to make not snug. Still works well for snoring and grinding and hopefully during my next dental visit my doc will be happy as well.
