Pure sleep does help with snoring. This is my second one from pure sleep. I don't particularly enjoy wearing it but it saves my wife from listening to me snoring all night. Right now I leave it by the bed and put it in if I get woke up for snoring too loud. It is important to form it correctly when you do the fitting process, make sure your jaw is in a comfortable position and don't make the indentions too deep. I tried one from another company and it was way too bulky and uncomfortable.
