I have ordered from this company multiple times as a guest and have always had good service. Unfortunately, this time when I wanted to order it was not available and I had to order in two pieces. I need a longer chain than what was offered. I was given a very hard time with customer service. I did not get what I wanted, I tried to return part of it and was told I couldn't.
