Do not insure your car with QBE. Not only did they neglect us after paying through the nose for our 450k Mercedes SL63 after it was broken into / hacked into and taken, but they authorised repairs on it regardless of my repeated instructions to withdrawal our agreement. Due to our efforts we were able to get the car back, thus after 4 anguishing months of no car, they decided they didn’t want to pay us out as the car wasn’t completely a write off. They are completely incompetent and cannot make decisions about what to do with stolen cars, but aren’t sure who to send a damaged Mercedes to. Do not insure your car with them
