The QI Macros product for Excel is easy to install and easy to use. The vendor themselves provide great service when needed, and provide excellent training documentation with both written and video material. The product itself makes lean and six sigma more relatable and easy to apply. Essentially it provides a pathway to easily leverage the most often used tools such as SIPOCs, value stream diagrams, control charts and histograms. But if you need more than that to really dive into root cause and such, the product has that as well. The menu is easy to follow and use, so your not wasting time figuring out where to go and how to do something.
