Customer service is excellent! I had the pleasure of working with Nicholas recently on a problem with some very erratic process data. After we chatted on the phone for awhile he suggested I send him some of my data for him to analyze. In less than a couple of hours I got a three page report in my email that clearly and concisely answered all of my questions!
I have an ancient version of QIMacros (2016.03) and was treated like a brand new customer. I will be buying the latest version myself in the near future!
