Nick was great. He solved our problems fast and with courtesy. He even extended our 30-day trial so we can fully test the new version as we had installation trouble and never got to use it. I am really impressed with the latest version and plan to purchase two licenses when our 30-day trial ends. Nick sealed the deal. Your Customer service is great. I will recommend this software (and Nick) to our sister plants in Mexico and Poland. We have a total of 14 plants around the world and may be able to recommend to all of them.
