QI Macros is my tool to go to for quality improvement, process improvement and quality outcomes study. It is very user - friendly and Jay is wonderful with assisting with guidance and questions about the tool. Customer service is excellent. When I called, there was an actual person answering the phone without wait time and Phil did great with also followed up with an email. QI Macros has all the tools that anyone would need for improvement work! I love the Pareto chart, histograms, P charts, T & G charts and stats testing! I have been using this tool for about 15 years and it is a must have for me.
