Worst company for cell service. The wireless data is a joke. The reception will be 2 to 3 bars but no data. This happens all the time. Called customer service 3 times, one time they hung up on me, the second time they tried to blame it on the cell tower. It’s been going on since I’ve had the phone, for at least 6 years now. The 3rd time I tried to explain the issue they ignored what I said and tried to get me to purchase more data. I cannot wait until next week when I switch service over to a reliable company. I will be telling everyone I talk to to stay away.
