Third Day on Hold. I have been trying to contact QLink for 3 days & unfortunately I’m having no success. Received text messages & emails about my service being disrupted on 11/08, and I have to choose another provider. I tried switching to ESIM but still no luck this way either. Been waiting for a call back but no luck with that either. I’ve been on hold for 3 hours for the last 3 days waiting for customer support only to have the phone hung up on me after all that waiting. I just need them to unlock my phone so that I could keep my original phone number that I brought to Qlink over a year ago. My phone number was originally from Verizon but I switched to Qlink because of my regional location, I’m trying to get Verizon back but Qlink has to unlock my sim in order for me to switch carriers and still keep my original phone number. My number is very valuable to me, it’s connected to my gmail, bank log in, work log in. Unfortunately I am locked out of all my accounts because my phone number is no longer active, so I’m not an to use it for verification. This is very stressful.
