Worst company I’ve ever had or heard, I received new sim card they send, my phone number is still same but when I text it’s from different number plus the text goes just in the morning and stops in the afternoon.
Calling customer service every day 90 minutes on hold then disconnected with no chance to get them call back by appointment. They even count the minutes I spend on their holding call.
