Qlink used to have the best phone service and price. However, within the last 2-3 months. Their customer service has dropped tremendously. Every single time that I have called them. I’ve held on the line from 1 1/2 to 3 hours before someone answers my call. This is unacceptable and should be investigated regarding this issue. Also, I have received tons of fraudulent emails and texts regarding my account which is why I have to call in to speak to a rep to verify that my services are safe with no charges that I am being told will occur. I’m loosing my patience and considering to select another carrier. No customer should be holding this amount of time to speak to a representative. 😡😡
