I was disappointed in your customer service. I placed an order a day before your 20% offer. I called and asked that the 20% be applied to my order. That was not possible so I ask that the next order I place the 20% be applied. The person on the phone said they would have someone call me back. I’ve been a customer of QNL for at least eight years maybe 10. No one called me back. I am truly disappointed.
