Dreadful company! They list prices at lower than competitors then charge extortionate delivery charges to make up for it. As soon as you order they send an e mail stating that if you are not in when they deliver you have to pay again - except you get no advance notice of the delivery date/time. Then they state that you must sign something for the delivery driver if the goods supplied are damaged or incomplete or lose your statutory refund/reparation rights - this is illegal, especially when the delivery driver is gone before you can answer the door ! Then they send you incomplete goods without the necessary fixings - and when you contact the company you are dealt with by rude, ignorant, incompetent staff who openly exercise disability discrimination. You are told to send an e mail which might get read in a couple of days and you might get a response at some unknown point in the future ! Sending goods without the correct fixing parts costs additional money to pay a fitter to return - meaning that any low prices listed by this cowboy company is a false economy. They are being reported to Trading Standards. A truly vile company that should be avoided at all costs - AVOID AVOID AVOID !
