Very poor customer service
I ordered a WC and soft close toilet seat from QS Supplies, a month prior to having a bathroom fit. When the plumbers came to fit the toilet they found the toilet seat was broken in two. QS Supplies have refused to replace the damaged item as it falls outside their 14 day returns policy. This is despite the toilet seat having a 2 year guarantee, and the WC claiming to have a 10 year guarantee.
Customer service came across as slightly rude too:
