Very pleased with product and delivery, however ordering by telephone could be improved. The telephone manner of the member of staff was not the best, not particularly friendly or helpful. I may have ordered elsewhere except the price was good.
Also I felt charging for delivery for a product which was nearly £300 was a bit mean . Most companies offer free delivery for this site of order
