Terrible experience with them. Wouldn't take back a door that was the wrong size, even though it had never been used and was being returned as soon as we found out it was the wrong size (a few days after order).
Not only do they not have a return policy, but also have the most unhelpful customer service - that is not only entirely oblivious to a customer-focused attitude, but is also frankly rude.
