A strange organisation which is either dysfunctional, or is designed to make sure that customers are treated badly.
Part delivered, and one item damaged. Demanded refund based on the fact that under distance selling rules they had a, failed to deliver all items, and b. some items were damaged.
They are hiding right now, however going to use lawyers and sue them for costs.
Extremely poorly run business. look elsewhere.
