I spoke to my builder and he confirmed that your specialist had attended and given the "all clear" and that your damp work was all now fine and we can finish off our refurbishment. As I said before, problems often occur in many situations (and in solving damp situations I am sure it is never simple) but you came out as soon as we raised a concern, you did some more damp work and then came out again to give us the confidence that all was ok and resolved.
