Our experience with Quasar was outstanding. They helped arrange every detail of the trip, which included two extra nights prior to boarding the cruise ship. They arranged the hotels, shuttles and excursions. Stress-free travel is always appreciated and they definitely took care of us. When one of the hotel stays resulted in a pretty significant inconvenience, Quasar spoke with the hotel manager and got us a full refund. That was unexpected but very much appreciated. The planning of the trip also included multiple calls prior to departing to ensure that all travel details had been accounted for, including food allergies and profile preferences. I appreciated their attention to detail. The trip was fabulous and we were able to focus on and enjoy the experience fully, and didn't have to worry at all about travel logistics.
