+ Excellent trip
+ very good program (and a lot of outings per day)
+ nice and clean cabins, decent food, great barman
+ Excellent guides, knowledgable and enthusiastic
- Wine menu needs improvement, too many unknown (and not very good) wines. There are so many good wines in Argentina and Chile available. It would be nice if the wine menu were selected by someone really understanding wines
- Only person that I did not warm up to was the lead guide, Alex (?), who does not take criticism well
