The salesperson was incredibly helpful and explained things clearly and thoroughly. He had a professional but not overly formal communication style which I appreciated - and zero pressure. He worked with me as I had to travel some distance to test drive the car, and made sure some work that needed doing was accounted for in our discussion about the cost of the vehicle given I had travelled a couple of hours and couldn't purchase the car the same day, since the car needed a bit more work. A positive experience all in all.
