The car I bought was sold as having full history when it in fact didn’t. This meant it didn’t have the remaining 2 years of warranty that I was told it had.
A warning light came on 2 days after buying the car and I’m still going back and forward with Quest about it now, a year later.
Currently they’ve had my car for 18 days and there is very little very slow progress on my car. I was told they would take it to Kia to be repaired if they couldn’t do it themselves.
I paid over the odds for a car with part service history and no manufacturer warranty, plus the other small defects with the car have not been rectified. Small things like bits of trim that were missing or broken not repaired properly. When I collected the car there was god hair in the boot, each time it came back for repairs I asked them to clean the boot properly and each time they said they had done but there was still dog hair and smears on rear windows.
Terrible quality of customer care, despite everyone I’ve spoken to being very polite and courteous.
