Most sketchy people I have ever dealt with. They even dangle the funds they stole from the customer, only to refuse to accept any responsibility for their misinformation, just hellish. I’ve tried everything but they always revert back to default position, naturally why would you return as app 20000 to a naive customer who allowed the agent to place the trade only to fail, and then guide said naive customer to place a stop loss, which Questrade, turned into a market order and sole stocks at a ridiculous low price. This Scam is used to short the nave customers stock, WOW what a scam. Can’t get any help from anyone. So much for Questrade acting in the interest of its customers, they’re only there for themselves . I carried out a google search, WHO OWNES QUESTRADE, WOW I felt helpless. SEEKRAIL.., C OM helped me recover every cent. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and efficiency.
