This was a difficult one to score.
Quickplay's ordering and dispatch were good, but their courier (Evri) apparently lost the parcel. I had a 'we're waiting for it' tracking message for days and no update. I eventually contacted Quickplay who gave a prompt response that they would urgently follow this up, and I contacted them 2 days after to ask for an update. Their response was very good and they ordered another item to be sent via a different courier. Shortly after this, I got a message from Evri saying they were going to deliver it! It arrived on the day Evri eventually said it would.
Quickplay has also offered to amend the price as the item appeared in their Xmas promotion between my initial order and it not arriving, which is a nice gesture. Item was ordered 28.11 and arrived 08.12.
If it wasn't for the courier issue, I'd have given 5 stars based on their customer service.
