I ordered an item for my son’s Christmas. After few weeks I had to msg see where order is . I then get a msg saying it’s been delivered with a photo of item at front door . I haven’t received the item . They left item at front door , I have open garden with no fence .
I have emailed about 20 times to report with no real response . I want refunded but having no proper communication .
