Tripled the cost of my subscription and wouldn't give a refund 10m after the charge went through even though I've never even opened their terrible software.
Still don't have a refund because their phone support is useless - put on hold for 20+minutes just so he could go get a form to write my phone number into so someone could "Call me back within 24h"
