Do not use this company!
Due to external circumstances out of my control the job took 2 hours longer than the estimated time. I was forced to pay the driver an additional £195.00 to release my property. This negotiation occurred in a cold, dark carpark at night, I felt vulnerable and pressured. I called the head office who were sympathetic but their manager emailed me to say it was my fault and I had to pay the driver directly into his bank account or face losing my property. This was a very stressful and unprofessional experience.
