I ordered a phone on the 1st September, by the 24th September the phone had not arrived, I was advised that this was due Covid-19,no delivery date could be confirmed therefore I cancelled the order and was advised I would receive my refund within 14 days excluding weekends and bank holidays, 4 weeks later, I still had not received my refund, I contacted them again, and was advised it would be before or on the 20th November, the responses to emails are anything but friendly or helpful - that is when they do respond, it is now the 27th November and I still have not received my refund and no answer to my emails. Please do not trust this company with your money, I have now gone through my bank for the refund. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer care and honest. There is no excuse for holding onto a customers money for 3 months, when their policy advises 14 days.
