Ordered and paid for telephone early January. After lots of chasing I was informed that ordered phone was not working correctly and they would source another. I was not prepared to wait any longer and requested a refund which they said would be processed within 14 days. Needless to say nothing received and eventually informed that taking a long time to refund and would not be before mid March. They kept stating understaffed and nobody to process refund. I contacted by bank fraud department and after sending them all information and copies of correspondence ( which I'm glad I kept) ,the bank refunded my money . It appears that this company cannot be trusted and would never give a straight answer to my very simple questions .
