I left a review on Monday complaining about QMF delivery timeframe. I was corrected in saying that I was still on day 5 and that the item would be dispatched soon. I was impressed with their quick reply and decided to change my review to a positive one, once the product had been received. I was emailed yesterday saying the item had been dispatched with a tracking number for APC courier service.
The tracking system says 'delivered at 12:24pm today' yet I have not received anything. I have called the local APC office to view the supposed signature when accepting the item at delivery and they have not picked up for hours!! I need this sorted ASAP because I have parted with money and received no phone!!
