Always takes along time to get through to yourselves and my last order took from 15/5 till 1/6 to arrive, I've also enquirer about returning a phone under warranty, but were surprised to find that turn around was 5-7 days, I assume working days, whereas if I sent it to you not under warranty it would take 48hrs!! Surely loyal customers should come first?
